Gram Games is the studio behind some of the most popular mobile titles in the world like Merge Dragons!, Merge Magic!, and 1010! and we have more exciting projects in the pipeline. As our project portfolio is growing, we are looking for a Product Management Intern to join us at Gram Games, Istanbul Studio.

 

As a Product Management Intern at Gram Games, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the product team and contributing to the success of our titles. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for free-to-play games. In this role, you'll assist in navigating the free-to-play business model, participate in strategic discussions, and help determine key elements for the ongoing success of our games.

 

Gram is a data-driven company. As an intern, you'll collaborate closely with the product and data team to conduct investigations, analyses, and assess the game economy. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage in human-centric tasks, such as motivating team members and encouraging a positive team culture. We're seeking a flexible problem-solver who's eager to dive into various aspects of product management.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with various teams to get results and achieve desired outcomes
  • Assisting in data analysis to validate hypotheses about the game economy
  • Evaluating the potential impact of proposed improvements or changes to the game
  • Assisting in managing the product backlog
  • Effectively communicating with different partners, teams, and offices
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

 

Requirements:

  • Enrolled as a university student in their 3rd or 4th year, on track for graduation.
  • Ideally, an Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field student or a recent graduate.
  • Passion for gaming and creating engaging player experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and work styles
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to drive consensus within a team
  • Understanding of quantitative modeling and experimentation techniques
  • Having excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

 

While prior experience in mobile gaming or product management is preferred, we encourage candidates with a strong interest in the field and a willingness to learn. Please note that we aim to hire interns for at least 6 months. The interviews will be conducted in English.
