Who We Are:

Gram Games is the studio behind popular titles like 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact.

At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to join our growing team! Are you ready to put your ideas into the next generation of games that will be played instantly by millions?

  • Propose, design, and lead corrective actions to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams to determine the best revenue generation methods based on user segmentation.

  • Provide guidance on monetization-related queries from team members and stakeholders.

  • Assist in planning monetization events, including special sales and limited-time offers, to maximise player monetization opportunities. Utilise A/B testing in decision making.

  • Configure in-game events and champion improvements in tools for enhancing Live Operations efficiency.

  • Undertake projects aimed at improving the availability of data, player insights, and market insights, and ensure these insights are shared effectively across the studio.

  • Benchmark and analyze Live Ops best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in mobile/freemium games, with a focus on Live Operations, Monetization, Product Management, or data analytics.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a user-centric and data-driven approach. Conducting and analysing A/B tests.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and with an open-minded, self-motivated attitude. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to achieve a common goal.

  • Creative, out of the box thinker. Able to understand how players think and intrigued by it.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.

  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
