The Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily global cash balances and assist with short- and medium-term liquidity forecasting.
- Manage banking portals and account lifecycle activities, including KYC, account openings, signatory updates, and access administration.
- Execute and document domestic and international payments (wires, FX, intercompany settlements) in accordance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with banks and cross-functional teams (Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Corporate Development, Revenue, Tax) to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across treasury operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments (wires, ACH, credit cards, checks).
- Partner with Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Customer Support to resolve misapplied or unidentified payments and improve remittance quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial operations in a multinational environment.
- Experience with online banking platforms, treasury systems and/or accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- High integrity and attention to detail; rigorous with controls, documentation, and reconciliations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Excel, ERPs, and banking portals; interest in automation.
- Structured, analytical thinker who can frame ambiguity, quantify impact, and make data-informed recommendations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
