ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻
You’ll join the Superhuman Mail team to design triage workflows in our core product. This is a critical part of the product experience, and your designs will have a major impact on how people work every day.
How you’ll contribute

Define and shape AI-powered experiences with your teammates in product, marketing, engineering, and data. You’ll help users focus on what matters most, so they can move faster through their day.

Own and drive design work through every stage of the process: crafting well-executed ideas and sketches, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand our customers, and competitor analysis to understand our landscape.

Leverage customer insights to enhance our product experience and amplify user engagement.

Elevate the design culture at Superhuman by pursuing remarkable quality in your design craft and producing consistent, high-quality work.
How you’ll collaborate

Partner with product, research, and data to set the vision for your team, and build a roadmap of projects that improve our company’s objectives and metrics.

Engage with stakeholders across the company, effectively communicating design updates to leadership for feedback and approval.

Advise product and engineering teammates through a deep understanding of design and interaction patterns, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

Work with engineering to ensure that high-quality, delightful experiences get built and delivered on time.

Experience and expertise

You have 5+ years relevant experience in similar product design roles.

You’ve demonstrated a solid mastery of product design fundamentals, including visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. You’re an avid prototyper, and you sweat the details to build a premium, polished experience for users.

SALARY INFO đź’¸
Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

SF/NY/Seattle: $155,000 – $240,000/year (USD)

Other US geographies: $140,000 – $214,000/year (USD)

Canada: $120,000 – $182,000/year (CAD)
