ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive impactful improvements across the customer experience that increases revenue, including website optimization, user and team signup, activation, adoption, and referrals.
  • Collaborate across GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to build programs that support the hybrid B2C2B business model, enabling individual self-serve users to convert to teams and enterprise accounts.
  • Create in-product experiences to increase product-qualified leads for sales by strategically partnering with demand gen, customer marketing, success, and sales teams.
  • Uphold and enhance Superhuman Mail’s strong brand affinity by delivering delightful and memorable experiences that foster product evangelism and increase virality.
  • Champion customer feedback loops between GTM and product teams to inform the greater product roadmap.
  • Define and execute a balanced growth roadmap, combining transformative initiatives with smaller-scale experiments to drive retention and expansion.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of growth product managers, engineers, and marketers to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance, experimentation-friendly culture that supports rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with peer marketing and product leaders across Superhuman Mail, Grammarly, and Coda to ensure alignment on growth strategy and execution.
  • Lead the organization with clear prioritization, communication, and a commitment to Superhuman’s values.

  • You have 10+ total years of experience in Growth and at least 5 years of Growth Product experience at a B2B PLG SaaS startup.

  • Revenue Growth Optimization: Drive monetization strategies, including upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.
  • Product Sense: Identify high-impact opportunities and translate user insights into effective solutions through pattern recognition, testable hypotheses, and elegant product experiences that balance user and business needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Craft and execute growth roadmaps that balance high-impact initiatives with rapid experimentation.
  • Growth Mindset: Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategies and set clear, actionable goals.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

  • SF/NY/Seattle: $248,600-$342,100 USD
  • Other US geographies: $226,000-$311,000 USD
  • Canada: $212,000-$291,500 CAD
