The Opportunity
At Superhuman, we're not just another tech company. We help people communicate better with the world around them in their everyday lives. Whether it's a student writing their first essay in English, someone navigating a new country, or professionals trying to convey their ideas clearly, our work genuinely enhances how people connect and express themselves. To build on our success and reach even more users worldwide, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Agents team.
As a Senior Product Manager, Mobile, you will own and drive the product direction for Grammarly’s mobile experiences, helping users communicate with more confidence across our mobile apps. You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer mobile and growth, ensuring mobile is a strong standalone experience and a valuable extension of the broader Superhuman ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Grammarly’s mobile apps, balancing user value, growth, and platform characteristics.
- Deeply understand mobile user needs and translate those insights into clear product priorities and decisions.
- Bring a forward-looking perspective on mobile, grounded in market trends and a clear understanding of how AI is changing user expectations.
- Partner closely with Desktop product teams to define where experiences should align vs. where mobile should intentionally diverge.
- Own and lead mobile experimentation, with a clear focus on improving activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with User Research and Data Science to shape hypotheses, validate direction, and measure impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to ensure effective launches and ongoing growth initiatives.
- Act as a mobile advocate, communicating progress and impact across the company

- Strong understanding of mobile platform ecosystems (iOS and Android), including platform-specific constraints, patterns, and opportunities.
- Demonstrated success building consumer-facing mobile experiences; understands how consumer needs may differ from B2B workflows.
- Proven track record driving growth and experimentation with strong product instincts and analytical rigor.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Can align and influence across teams, especially in complex, interdependent product ecosystems.
- Demonstrates strong curiosity about market and platform trends, with a solid understanding of how AI is reshaping mobile app experiences and user expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create clarity, momentum, and trust across a broad group of partners.
- Curious and learning-oriented; eager to understand users, platforms, and the nuances of mobile behavior and constraints.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
