Responsibilities:As the Assistant Practice Manager, you will:
- Support the Practice Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client relations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures.
- Ensure the highest level of care and service for both clients and patients.
- Learn and embrace the leadership role, preparing to step into the Practice Manager position within a year.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional care and service.
