Responsibilities:As the Assistant Practice Manager, you will:

  • Support the Practice Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client relations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures.
  • Ensure the highest level of care and service for both clients and patients.
  • Learn and embrace the leadership role, preparing to step into the Practice Manager position within a year.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional care and service.
