
Customer Success Specialist
Role Overview
We seek a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers have a seamless, impactful experience with Grant Assistant. This role is vital in bridging our technology with user success, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong client relationships that fuel long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform.
Customer Training & Support: Conduct platform demos and training sessions to help customers effectively use Grant Assistant and provide timely and effective support to resolve client inquiries and challenges.
User Adoption & Engagement Drive platform adoption by analyzing client usage patterns and recommending tailored solutions and collaborate with the product team to implement features that address client needs.
Feedback Collection & Collaboration: Gather and communicate client feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance platform functionality.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor customer success metrics such as platform adoption rates, retention, and satisfaction scores and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on performance milestones and achievements.
Process Management: Design, streamline, and scale customer journey workflows to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early and implement proactive strategies to mitigate challenges.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong research and documentation skills.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking key customer success metrics.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Experience with contract renewals or upselling would be a plus
- CRM or customer success certifications (e.g., CSM, CCSA) are a plus.
