Role Overview
As a Front desk Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage front desk, oversee administrative processes, ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors, and help maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage office space, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and improve administrative processes and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Handle logistics for meetings and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in handling front desk or office management (startup experience is a plus!).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
