Role Overview

As an IT Manager, you’ll be instrumental in unifying our IT infrastructure. You’ll work directly with our US IT team leading the IT operations for our Pakistan office including user support, office technology, tools, networks, and security processes. You’ll cover critical IT needs and build a strong and secure IT environment. 

Responsibilities

Google Workspace Migration: Support domain consolidation, email and Drive transfer, and calendar migration across organizations using Google Admin Console.

Team Onboarding and Onboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding for local team members.

Incident Response & Compliance: Uphold SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for response times and issue resolution. Assist in compiling evidence for SOC 2 audits.

Network Security: Ensure office network and equipment security standards are met

Documentation: Build and maintain internal IT documentation and support process guides.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support. system administration or similar roles.
  • Proficient in managing laptops (Windows/Mac), office networks, and SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom etc.
  • Experience creating documentation and defining support processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Okta, MDM platforms (Fleet, Jamf), or Google Admin Console would be a plus.
  • Experience managing IT for distributed teams in different timezones.
