Customer Support Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for customer support associates to help make our partner onboarding experience smoother and more self-service friendly by providing fast support and creating useful help content.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner inquiries via live chat within 5 minutes during shift hours.
- Draft clear, concise help center articles and FAQs based on customer questions and product features.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to identify recurring issues and content gaps.
- Continuously improve the help center by updating and expanding existing resources.
Qualification:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, live chat, or helpdesk tools.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to write simple, instructional content in a user-friendly tone.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools or onboarding processes is a plus.
