
Senior FullStack Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive innovation, lead technical research, and build scalable, high-performance solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable AI workflows, maintainable, and efficient full-stack solutions for product use cases.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance, scalability, and security through API tuning, database query optimization, caching strategies, and front-end rendering improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Set and uphold engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, reviews, and documentation.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve system capabilities and development efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications.
- Proven expertise in technical research, innovation, and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs and RAG based applications
- Strong proficiency in:
- Backend: Nest.js, Node.js
- Frontend: Next.js, React, Angular
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector Databases
- Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based deployment.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
