Our environment is highly collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a shared commitment to having fun while making an impact. We live by our core values:  We Before Me, The Extra 1%, Bias to Act, Unconditional Transparency, Accountable to Outcomes, and Forgiveness. If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you and explore how you can help us build the future of the green industry!

Our culture and growth has been recognized with multiple awards, it’s a great time to join!

We’re hiring two Product Marketing Managers to accelerate product adoption and strengthen our cross‑functional go‑to‑market execution across our software portfolio. There are two open roles on the LMN product, one covering CRM & Estimating and the other covering Scheduling & Reporting. This role will own the strategy and execution of product launches and adoption motions for high‑impact product areas, partner closely with Product, CX, and Sales, and lead research and cross‑functional “GTM pods” that drive measurable improvements in new sales and product activation, usage, & retention.

Why We’re Hiring & Why You Should Join Us

Our Product Marketing function is scaling to meet the needs of a growing product organization that is expected to ramp new product delivery and a deliberate, company-wide focus on driving deeper product adoption.

Here, PMM is a strategic driver of growth. Here you’ll be able to lead research programs, and turn customer and product insights into clear, compelling narratives for both product and go-to-market strategy. You’ll step into a high-visibility seat that orchestrates product adoption programs owning the lifecycle from launch to sustained usage for prioritized workflows and features.

Expect broad cross‑functional exposure, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to shape how we turn product investment into durable customer value. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to work hard, develop as a leader and as a strategist, and grow their career quickly.

What You’ll Do:

Become and serve as an expert on our product, our customers, and our market to lead product launch and product adoption strategies across our company.

  • Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap focus, adoption barriers, and messaging; synthesize insights into specific recommendations for Product and GTM.

  • Partner with Product Managers and PMM Leadership to inform product roadmaps so we deliver features that customers need, driving new customer acquisition and deeper adoption.

  • Translate product capabilities into positioning, messaging, and enablement resources for Sales and CX; maintain a single source of truth for value narratives and talk tracks.

  • Map the product adoption lifecycle by segment and workflow; define target audiences, key activation events, and the narrative that connects product value to real customer outcomes.

  • Lead cross‑functional GTM pods for priority product areas to drive adoption, acting as the strategy owner and program manager across Product, CX, and Sales.

  • Run launch and lifecycle programs for specific product coverage areas (e.g., CRM, Estimating, Reporting), including alpha/beta, positioning, internal enablement, customer comms, and measurement.

  • Own in‑app communications and activation journeys (e.g., guided walkthroughs, checklists, nudges) to reduce time‑to‑value and increase feature engagement across new and existing customers.

  • Lead cross-functional product sunsetting and migration plans, ensuring proactive messaging, risk mitigation, and training that protect retention.

  • Support CX to deliver live training, community webinars, and in‑person workshops that reinforce the “way to work” in product and convert awareness into usage.

  • Support Sales to deliver a compelling product pitch of the product that aligns with the defined ideal customer profile to increase new customer acquisition.

  • Support pricing/packaging recommendations aligned to adoption goals and customer value realization.

You’ll Excel If You Have:

  • 4–6 years in B2B SaaS with 3+ in Product Marketing, owning product research, launches and adoption programs end‑to‑end.

  • Experience with vertical SaaS in SMB, and familiarity with workforce/mobile tools, Payments, or education/training products.

  • Evidence of research rigor translating to product and GTM recommendations that move KPIs.

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and program management; comfortable organizing complex work across Product, Design, Engineering, CX, Sales, and RevOps.

  • Crisp communication and storytelling, and is able to distill complex functionality into clear, outcome‑focused messaging.

  • Demonstrated experience with in‑app lifecycle marketing and activation design (e.g., guides, tooltips, checklists, nudges), and partnering with CX for live enablement.

  • A bias for experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and visible iteration.

  • Hands‑on familiarity with adoption tooling (e.g., in‑app guides) and CX/usage analytics.

Location: Remote-first, North America-based. Atlanta or Toronto preferred.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
