About Greenius by Granum
Greenius is the innovative platform that ensures that your crews know the right way to do a job, helping new employees hone their skills before they step on site, and allowing established crew members to continuously learn throughout their career. Improve efficiency, reduce risk, and increase employee retention with the training and development platform, featuring over 150 online courses catered to landscapers and arborists. The result: efficient operations, empowered crews, and employees who stick around for life.

The Role
You’re a full-cycle, new-logo closer who loves the hunt, the story, and the win. You’ll prospect owners and ops leaders across the tree care world, run smart discovery, deliver crisp demos tied to outcomes and ROI, build real relationships, and close. Along the way, you’ll partner with world-class SDRs, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Onboarding to create a consistent, “wow” buyer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Create pipeline like a pro across outbound, inbound, events, and referrals—then keep 3–4x coverage against quota.
  • Run consultative discovery tailored to employees onboarding plans, safety procedures, employees career pathing and retention—translate pains into outcomes and ROI.
  • Deliver value-led demos that connect features to time savings, revenue lift, and better customer experiences.
  • Build and execute a territory plan; prioritize ICP accounts and multi-thread with owners, operators, and ops leaders.
  • Forecast with discipline, keep a clean house in Salesforce, and maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene.
  • Team up with Marketing on targeted campaigns and with Onboarding for smooth, on-time handoffs.
  • Represent Granum’s partner-first approach and brand values in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience (SMB/mid-market) with a track record of new-logo wins.
  • Discovery chops, storytelling flair, and sharp negotiation; executive presence with owners/operators.
  • Process discipline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce) with a modern sales toolset; you’re data-driven and consistent.
  • Curiosity for green-industry operations and the appetite to learn domain-specific workflows quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Field service or vertical SaaS experience.
  • Exposure to the green industry (tree care, arboriculture, landscape, PHC) or blue-collar tech.
  • Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDICC, or SPIN—and comfort running mutual close plans.

How We’ll Measure Success

  • New ARR and logo attainment vs. quota.
  • Pipeline creation and coverage (self-sourced and total).
  • Stage conversion rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
  • Demo quality and multi-threading depth in ICP accounts.
  • Clean CRM hygiene and on-time, high-quality handoffs to Onboarding.

Location and Travel

  • North America-based, flexible location. Occasional travel for industry events and customer meetings as needed (think: quality face time, not weekly flights).

Compensation:

  • Canada-based candidates: CAD 60,000 - 75,000 base + 50,000 - 60,000 OTE (commissions are uncapped)

  • US-based candidates: USD 55,000 - 65,000 base + 55,000 - 65,000 OTE (commissions are uncapped)

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
