What Makes Us Stand Out:

Granum is the leading software company devoted to serving landscapers and arborists across North America, providing intuitive, industry-specific solutions designed to help them improve and grow their businesses while impressing their customers. Granum brings together three of the most trusted software names in the industry — LMN, SingleOps, and Greenius — into one powerful software ecosystem. More than just a software company, Granum works alongside its clients to implement systems for estimating, scheduling, crew training, invoicing, and payments, blending technology with hands-on onboarding and human support. The company's mission is to help industry professionals unlock their potential and achieve their most important goals, all united by the belief that its clients’ success is not just a milestone, but a shared mission.

As a team, we’re on a mission to reshape an age-old industry, and we’re looking for people who thrive on challenging and meaningful work. Our environment is highly collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a shared commitment to having fun while making an impact. We live by our core values: We Before Me, Bias to Act, The Extra 1%, Accountable to Outcomes, Unconditional Transparency, and Forgiveness. If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you and explore how you can help us build the future of the green industry!

Our culture and growth has been recognized with multiple awards, it’s a great time to join!

The Reason Behind the Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us build real sourcing capability in house. You'll own our recurring, high volume searches, (ie. SDR, Onboarding, and Support) from first outreach through offer, and build a bench of strong candidates so we're never starting from zero. You'll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialist and report directly to our VP, People & Culture, with real ownership of a function we're actively investing in.

As our Talent Acquisition Associate you will

  • Act as Granum's ambassador to the talent market. Every candidate interaction reflects who we are. You'll represent our mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry in ways that attract people who want to be here
  • Own full cycle recruiting for our SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles: source, screen, and close candidates end to end
  • Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates for these roles, so we can move quickly whenever a req opens
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, and Granum's top performers' networks, rather than waiting on inbound applications.
  • Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse so no one falls through the cracks
  • Balance business needs with candidate experience
  • Take on other duties as needed to support your team and our candidates

What we're looking for

If you have the following experience then this is a great role for you:

  • Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast moving environment
  • Comfortable owning a high volume, recurring workload without losing attention to detail on any single search
  • Confident running outbound outreach and cold conversations, and making candidates feel genuinely wanted
  • Organized enough to keep a bench of candidates warm over months, not just fill whatever is open today
  • Familiarity with an ATS, Greenhouse is a plus, and a sourcing tool like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for optimal recruitment

A few ways to stand out, but not required

  • Experience recruiting specifically for SDR, Support, or other high volume roles, such as in call center environments
  • Background in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience building or maintaining a talent bench ahead of need, not just filling open requisitions
  • Familiarity with the green industry

Compensation:

  • Canada-based candidates: CAD 55,000 - 65,000
  • US-based candidates: USD 55,000 - 65,000

Reasons why you would love it here!

  • Join a team culture that’s all about collaboration, support, and having fun while making a real impact every day.
  • In the U.S., we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, plus additional add ons like HSA/FSA accounts, disability and life insurance, and more.
  • In Canada, we provide an employer-funded HSA-based benefits plan with drug, dental, and mental health coverage - giving you a flexible way to manage your healthcare needs.
  • We're committed to your financial future, with 401(k) matching for U.S. employees and RRSP matching for those in Canada.
  • We invest in your growth through tailored career development conversations and support for tools, courses, and resources to help you thrive.
  • And when it comes to work-life balance? We offer unlimited Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, and a company-wide winter break from December 24 to January 1 - so you can truly recharge.

Granum does not sponsor work authorization needs; candidates must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S, without sponsorship from the company.

Granum is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
