We’re looking for a GTM Data Analytics Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team and help build a new function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, data-driven thinker who thrives at the intersection of analytics and business. You’ll partner closely with leadership to tackle complex problems, use data to uncover actionable insights, and build the dashboards, models, and pipelines that drive smarter decisions across the Sales, Relationship Management, and Product teams. 

Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

At Grata, we will expect you to: 

  • Partner with business teams to turn strategic questions into smart, data-driven solutions using analytics, data science, and statistical methods.
  • Apply techniques like causal inference and predictive modeling to improve how we do business (e.g., figuring out if trial length impacts deal win rates)
  • Use modern data tools (Databricks, dbt, Fivetran) to build efficient ETL pipelines and clear, impactful dashboards.
  • Drive customer and revenue insights by building dashboards and KPI trackers for our Relationship Management and Account Management teams—helping leaders spot trends, boost retention, and unlock growth. (e.g., create a dashboard that helps the team understand how customer needs and engagement drive retention).
  • Communicate and present your findings and insights with business leaders in clear, non-technical terms 

What we are looking for: 

  • 4+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role 
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Comfort with predictive modeling, SQL, and Python.  
  • You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
