Recruiting & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting & Operations Coordinator to join our team! As part of our People team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for both external candidates as well as internal stakeholders. You will support the recruiting team and leadership by providing inbound support, coordinating schedules and managing an efficient and smooth process.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, candidate screens and interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
- Facilitate onsite interviews at our New York City (Manhattan) office location, creating a welcoming experience for candidates and external guest
- Help manage all niche job board postings and budget/ROI tracking.
- Maintain timely and professional correspondence with candidates and internal interviewers, enhancing the overall recruiting experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, and other databases including reporting and scorecard submissions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline scheduling efficiency.
- Manage the background check and pre-hire process for all hires. This may include helping with the onboarding process for new hires, as needed.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement within the People & Talent team.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management experience
- Team player who demonstrates superior professionalism, and discretion
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Strong skills in G Suite, and job boards (ex. LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake)
- Highly organized and detail oriented

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $58,000-$70,000 per year.
