As Grata continues our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s a strategic thinker, a strong closer, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring junior teammates, and deepening our presence in core financial services markets like Private Equity, M&A, and Investment Banking.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
- Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to close, with autonomy to run your day and pipeline like a business
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive-level stakeholders in the financial services space
- Leverage a high-velocity sales motion with short sales cycles to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to drive feedback and refine GTM strategy
- Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and helping elevate team performance
- Utilize sales tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, or similar to manage pipeline, outreach, and insights
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Deep familiarity or experience selling into Private Equity, M&A, or Investment Banking
- Proven success in closing deals, self-sourcing, and independently and managing a healthy pipeline
- Strong understanding of short-cycle, high-velocity sales as well as longer more complex cycles
- You lead by example and have an elevated standard of excellence for yourself and those around you
- Excellent communicator, listener, and cross-functional collaborator
- You’re thoughtful, competitive, coachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
- Comfortable with a hybrid office culture—we’re collaborative, in-person first, and based in a beautiful office near Bryant Park

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The compensation for this role is targeted at $100,000-125,000 for the base salary and a variable pay based on goals and quota attainment.
