Senior QA Analyst

Gravity Well is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to help build and shape best practices in Quality Assurance, as well as to foster our principles and values across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Test planning, execution, and root cause analysis of issues for Client, Server, and Platform technologies
• Identify testing challenges and work towards improvement
• Create documentation for testing techniques
• Identify patterns that can lead to repeat problems
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans/checklists
• Work embedded with a development team, becoming a main QA point of contact for a feature or discipline 

Ideally You'll Have:

• 3+ years of game quality assurance experience in a senior or higher role
• Shipped 1 or more AAA titles
• Experience with debugging tools
• Intermediate proficiency of Unreal Engine
• Proficiency with Perforce 
• Knowledge of Testing/Planning Tools such as Jira
• Experience with White box and Gray box testing 
• Coding experience (professional or hobby)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with creating Jira workflows 
• Automation testing and scripting experience

What You’ll Get:

The base pay for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 per year (or equivalent in your local currency). We pay fairly across our global team regardless of your location but it will differ based on factors such as experience, qualifications etc.

Where You'll Work:

This position is for US and Canadian residents. We have an office in California if you like to come to an office, but most employees work from home across different US time zones and that’s totally fine.
