We are looking for a highly organized, content-focused producer to join us here at Gravity Well.
If you have experience with art, animation, or levels production, get satisfaction from bringing clarity and order, and balance confidence with humility, we’d love to hear from you! We offer ownership with support, opportunity for growth, and a non-crunch environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support one or more cross functional groups with process development & improvement, goal-setting, and task tracking
- Collaborate with the production team on other team operations like retrospectives and playtests
- Proactively identify & address challenges, and help the team refine our processes to match the needs of development from pre-production through live operations
- Champion clarity and progress. Foster alignment on priorities and direction across disciplines
- Work on a mid-sized team (max 85), so you’ll fill a lot of gaps like an indie, but coordinate a lot of stakeholders like a AAA.
- NOT crunch or work overtime
You'll Have:
- Significant experience with facilitating, tracking, and optimizing cross-discipline workflows/pipelines (e.g. characters, environment art)
- Strong organizational skills and the drive to identify and chase down blockers
- Shipped at least one AA or AAA title in a production role
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple work streams
Bonus Points:
- Production support during the earliest stages of development; IP building, prototyping, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience working with a distributed team and remote working environment
- Hands-on experience with launching and running an online game
What You’ll Get:
The base pay for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 USD per year (or equivalent in your local currency). We pay fairly across our global team regardless of your location but it will differ based on factors such as experience, qualifications etc.

Where You'll Work:
This position is for North American residents. You may work remotely or in our Southern California office if you prefer. Overlap with US-Pacific time zone is a must.
