What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a VP of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in generating high-quality pipeline to fuel our sales team. This is a highly tactical role—ideal for someone ready to step into leadership but who thrives rolling up their sleeves. You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to drive opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and execute demand generation strategy across digital, events, email, and other channels
  • Plan and manage events from small regional gatherings to major industry conferences
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth using data-informed strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging, content, and campaign focus
  • Report on campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results
  • Regularly report on marketing KPIs, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI to executive leadership
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and insights to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Present strategic marketing updates and recommendations during leadership and board meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in generating pipeline for B2B tech companies of similar size and stage
    Experience managing budgets between $1M and $5M annually 
  • Extremely hands-on with campaign planning and execution
  • Event marketing experience is critical: local field events through to large-scale industry shows
  • Strong collaborator and communicator—someone who partners closely with Sales
  • Cybersecurity or IT infrastructure industry experience
  • Digital advertising knowledge is helpful but not essential

Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
