Regional Practice Administrator
About Us
Greenbrook Medical is building a next-generation, senior-focused primary care platform designed to improve the health and wellbeing of seniors across the country. We operate high-touch neighborhood clinics that take full accountability for outcomes and total cost of care, aligning clinical excellence with disciplined execution — and it’s working. Our patient Net Promoter Score is 91 (compared to 32 for typical healthcare organizations), proving that happier patients really do become healthier patients.
Rooted in Tampa Bay, our partnership with Tampa General Hospital has allowed us to accelerate our growth as we expand. Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a clear playbook, Greenbrook is entering its next phase — and we’re looking for builders to help scale it.
This is a company for operators who want to shape the future of senior care. You’ll help build the infrastructure, processes, and teams needed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes — while growing a platform that’s designed to succeed only when our patients thrive.
About the Role
The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) is the senior operational and people leader responsible for elevating performance, building capability, and driving consistency across a portfolio of Greenbrook centers.
This is not a desk role — it is a hands-on leadership role in the field. You will directly lead and develop Center Managers, strengthen team capability across clinics, and ensure every location delivers a consistent, high-quality patient and team experience.
More than managing operations, you will shape the conditions under which great care is delivered — building strong teams, reinforcing standards, and translating strategy into real execution inside our clinics.
At its core, this is a talent-building and performance-driving role. Your success will be measured by stronger leaders, more resilient teams, and consistently well-run centers.
Location: Based in the Tampa Bay area with regular travel between clinic locations.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Clinic Hours
Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Practice Administrator, you are responsible for building strong teams, driving performance, and ensuring every clinic operates with consistency and excellence. This is a highly hands-on leadership role with ownership over both people and operations across your centers.

Success looks like: Center Managers grow into stronger leaders, teams become more capable and resilient, and talent quality continues to improve across your region.
Lead, Engage, and Reinforce Culture
- Set clear expectations and model Greenbrook’s standards for performance, professionalism, and patient care
- Act as a trusted thought partner to CMs on team dynamics and performance challenges
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure development and performance practices are consistent and effective across centers

Drive Operational Performance
- Partner with CMs to achieve key metrics, including Patient NPS, AWV/CFU completion, ER visits per 1,000, transitions of care, and HEDIS outcomes
- Monitor performance trends and proactively address risks or gaps
- Conduct regular site visits (~1 per week) to support teams and reinforce standards
- Ensure centers are appropriately staffed and operating smoothly
Success looks like: Clinics run consistently well, performance metrics improve over time, and operational issues are addressed early.
Execute and Operationalize Strategy
- Translate central operational strategy into effective execution within clinics
