Greenhouse is looking for a Talent Strategy Consultant to join our team!

The Talent Strategy Consultant owns Greenhouse’s largest and most complex paid strategic engagements via professional services. You will be an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, accelerating Greenhouse-led implementations and optimising existing instances via system audits, strategic advisement, workflow reconfiguration, and change management.

High proficiency with Greenhouse Recruiting is only part of the skillset we're looking for. A successful candidate will be skilled at distilling complex needs into digestible workflows, taking a consultative approach and inspiring decision-makers to action.

What you’ll do

  • Work strategically with our largest and fastest-growing customers to help upgrade their workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies
  • Build documentation and playbooks to standardise consulting engagements and processes
  • Strategise and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects at a time
  • Partner with customers for specific lengths of time to advise, educate, and facilitate changes based on your recommendations
  • Engage in change management and evangelism
  • Conduct account and workflow audits, including detailed recommendations

 

You should have

  • Extensive Greenhouse knowledge is essential 
  • Project management experience
  • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic and thoughtful
  • The ability to effectively facilitate design workshops with large audiences driving towards consensus and decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
