Greenhouse is looking for a hybrid Sales Engineer | Solutions Architect!

As a hybrid Sales Engineer at Greenhouse, you will play a strategic role in helping to close new business deals and also support the scoping of services from a menu of engagements for our existing customer base. With respect to new logos, you'll leverage your technical expertise and deep understanding of our product offerings to partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and deliver compelling product demonstrations and driving the value of our singular and combined solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a key voice of the market and escalate required capabilities to R&D for roadmap consideration.

The Solutions Architect portion of this role would require you to scope services from a menu of engagements for our existing customer base, leveraging your deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and case studies to drive engaging conversations and help our customers realize enhanced value from our partnership.

What you’ll do

  • Make a deep, sustainable impact for our EMEA and APAC regions, both in new logo acquisition and ProServ scoping engagements
  • Lead technical discussions with prospects to identify challenges and opportunities for our SaaS offerings
  • Develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients
  • Architect scalable and innovative solutions that address customer pain points and deliver tangible business value
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies

You should have

  • 3+ years of total Sales Engineer experience, working with a SaaS offering
  • Bachelor’s degree in a skills-relevant discipline or customer-facing positions supporting SaaS solutions, commensurate with experience
  • Experience supporting SaaS tools in the HR industry, a plus    
  • Your own unique talents!
