You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that every product launch, feature enhancement, and market-facing message aligns with customer needs and business priorities. You are a product marketer with strong enterprise instincts—able to distill complexity into compelling narratives, build trust with Sales, and influence roadmap decisions based on market insight.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. While reporting to a Senior Manager I, Product Marketing, you’ll work on identifying differentiated positioning opportunities, crafting messaging frameworks, guiding the creation of compelling collateral, enabling GTM teams, and measuring impact across the funnel.

Who will love this job

  • An enterprise expert – You have deep experience with complex buying cycles and are fluent in the challenges faced by large organizations.
  • A cross-functional leader – You thrive in matrixed environments and are skilled at aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • A storyteller and strategist – You’re as comfortable creating high-level narratives as you are guiding the creation of enterprise-grade assets and enablement materials.

What you’ll do

  • Own product marketing strategy for the Enterprise segment, with accountability for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning for Enterprise-feature launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, messaging frameworks, battlecards, and customer-facing collateral tailored for complex enterprise needs.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Product Marketing and Enterprise Sales—supporting deal cycles with tailored content and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Demand Gen teams to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers and influencers.

You should have

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with significant time spent focused on Enterprise customers.
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills, with a track record of influencing enterprise buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams to bring new capabilities to market.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a history of building strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
  • Generative AI skills that allow you to write messaging and documents faster
  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Klue, and Gong, is a plus.
  • Background in competitive intelligence and/or market segmentation within the enterprise space, is a plus.
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply.
