Greenhouse is hiring our first Customer Trainer based in Dublin, Ireland to join our established Customer Education team, which already includes a regionally-based Learning Experience Designer. As the first Trainer in the region, you’ll deliver engaging learning experiences that empower our customers to transform their hiring, while playing a pivotal role in expanding our Customer Education impact throughout international markets in EMEA & APAC
You’ll partner closely with our Learning Experience Designer and colleagues across regions to address the unique needs of our international customers.
Who you are:
- A confident facilitator who excels in front of diverse audiences and delivers engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
- A resourceful self-starter who is committed to delivering a consistent customer experience globally, while thoughtfully adapting content and delivery approaches to meet the distinct needs of local audiences.
- A collaborative communicator who builds strong partnerships with both internal teams and customers.
- Someone attuned to cultural nuance and committed to adapting content for non US markets.
What you’ll do:
- Lead high-energy, virtual product training sessions that captivate and empower large audiences. Your clarity and enthusiasm will make complex concepts click.
- Build beautifully crafted training materials—think storyboards, slide decks, and multimedia assets—that bring our product to life in both live and on-demand formats.
- Produce dynamic, on-demand video content that helps thousands of users across our international regions learn on their terms—anytime, anywhere.
- Design training experiences tailored to diverse international markets, weaving in local languages, workflows, legal frameworks (like GDPR and regional labor laws), and cultural nuances.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to solve real customer challenges, boost product adoption, and continuously raise the bar for learning.
- Occasionally hit the road to deliver live training at conferences and regional events—bringing face-to-face energy to the learning experience.
You should have:
- Customer-facing experience in a SaaS or technology environment, including delivering training, onboarding, or enablement sessions. This experience may come from roles such as Trainer, Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar positions where facilitating customer learning was a core responsibility.
- Experience creating instructional materials and video-based learning content is a strong plus, but not required—we are happy to provide training and support in these areas.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills in English. Fluency in additional languages (such as German, French or Dutch, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Passion for Greenhouse’s mission to help companies transform their hiring and a genuine interest in supporting customer success.
Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in Ireland as part of the application process and it is pre-condition to any offer of employment. Greenhouse is not in a position to support employment permit applications for candidates for this role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program.
