Greenhouse has partnered with Deel to be its Employer of Record in Australia (more information here).  Through this arrangement, Deel is hiring an Account Executive, APAC to provide services to Greenhouse.

Greenhouse is the world’s fastest-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite and the person in this role will continue to drive our expansion in APAC. 

As a key member of our Customer Success and Growth organization in ANZ, you’ll play an invaluable role in Greenhouse’s growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals. You’ll be an individual contributor focusing on a strategic segment of our customers and conducting in-depth conversations with prospects on the value contribution Greenhouse can bring to the talent acquisition and HR strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Be an impactful player on a high-­performing sales team building in the ANZ region from the ground up
  • Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your  pipeline and revenue goals
  • An active networker, who has an in it together approach to building pipeline and influence in the market

You should have

  • Demonstrated full-cycle sales experience handling complex deal cycles with extensive buying centers
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
