- Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Content teams to map localized content to full-funnel demand generation programs
- Build high-intent segments using audience signals to improve demo requests and opportunity creation
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and lead lifecycle alignment
- Manage reporting on channel and campaign performance, translating down-funnel KPIs into actionable recommendations
- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
You should have
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience marketing specifically to EU markets
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising channels such as search, social, and display
- Hands-on experience building campaign assets like emails and landing pages in drag-and-drop or HTML tools
- Expertise in building and running email campaigns within marketing automation systems like Marketo
- An agency background with experience managing B2B clients, a plus
- Experience managing competitive campaigns or working with intent data, a plus
- Professional experience within the HR tech industry, a plus
- Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply
