Greenhouse is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team!

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager plays a critical role in fueling demand and driving inbound opportunities for our international sales team. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing, you will execute multi-channel campaigns across paid channels, email nurtures, and landing pages to meet Marketing Qualified Lead and Demo Request targets. You will be a hands-on executor responsible for the optimization of demand generation programs that resonate with our diverse international audiences.

Working as the second demand generation team member within our International markets, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Partnerships, and Content teams. You will act as a technical marketer, managing complex paid advertising and marketing automation workflows. Your efforts will ensure a cohesive demand plan that supports the B2B lead life-cycle and drives long-term growth across the EMEA region.

Who will love this job

  • A technical marketer – you possess a deep understanding of marketing automation and paid advertising channels to drive measurable results
  • A natural experimenter – you recognize how small optimizations in testing and messaging can lead to significant impacts on performance
  • A detail-oriented implementer – you enjoy executing against defined strategies while ensuring every campaign asset and workflow is polished
  • A collaborative partner – you thrive when working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • A goal-oriented thinker – you naturally align your daily projects with team KPIs and help shape the strategic direction of the international marketing team

What you’ll do

  • Lead the creation and management of campaign workflows in marketing automation, including email blasts and multi-step nurture flows for EMEA
  • Own the development and iteration of EMEA email nurture programs, focusing on audience segmentation, localization, and performance analysis
  • Build landing pages using HTML editors to drive campaign calls-to-action and improve conversion rates
  • Manage audits of existing international campaigns across digital channels to identify opportunities for improved targeting and messaging
  • Execute campaign initiatives and optimizations informed by performance insights and agreed demand priorities
  • Drive localized EMEA demand generation campaigns by managing multi-language assets and regional compliance requirements
  • Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Content teams to map localized content to full-funnel demand generation programs
  • Build high-intent segments using audience signals to improve demo requests and opportunity creation
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and lead lifecycle alignment
  • Manage reporting on channel and campaign performance, translating down-funnel KPIs into actionable recommendations
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience marketing specifically to EU markets
  • Proficiency in managing paid advertising channels such as search, social, and display
  • Hands-on experience building campaign assets like emails and landing pages in drag-and-drop or HTML tools
  • Expertise in building and running email campaigns within marketing automation systems like Marketo
  • An agency background with experience managing B2B clients, a plus
  • Experience managing competitive campaigns or working with intent data, a plus
  • Professional experience within the HR tech industry, a plus
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply

Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in Ireland as part of the application process and it is pre-condition to any offer of employment.  Greenhouse is not in a position to support employment permit applications for candidates for this role.
