Greenhouse is looking for a Brand Designer to join our team in Ireland. Reporting to our Creative Director (based in the US) with a dotted line to our Director of International Marketing, you'll serve as the creative representative for our international markets including UK, Ireland, DACH region, Benelux, and Australia. You'll use strategic design skills to drive the execution and growth of Greenhouse's international marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You'll partner with the International Marketing team day-to-day, while also collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members in the US. In this role you can expect to work on digital and printed assets for international marketing campaigns, create designs for regional web pages, and support both in-person and virtual events across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to be the creative voice for Greenhouse's international markets, working with autonomy while having the full support and resources of our talented US-based creative team.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary creative resource for international marketing campaigns across UK, Ireland, DACH, Benelux, and Australia
  • Craft and elevate a world-class brand across international markets, adapting campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
  • Develop visual brand designs to be implemented across various channels and mediums for international audiences
  • Collaborate closely with the International Marketing team to transform and help build the business through design
  • Partner with the US-based Creative team, leveraging their expertise and resources while working independently
  • Ensure brand guidelines and creative processes are followed across international markets
  • Work across time zones to maintain strong relationships with both Creative and International Marketing teams

You should have

  • 5+ years of diverse design experience in brand, web, print, etc. in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own time and priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS
  • Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for creative decisions
  • Experience in working at a SaaS company and/or agency work, a plus
  • Understanding of international markets and cultural considerations in design, a plus
