The Senior Project Delivery Manager at Green Irony is a strategic leader responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects with a focus on client satisfaction and transformative results. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that both business and technical goals are met, blending agile and traditional methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes. This role is integral to Green Irony's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects, orchestrating resources, finances, and deliverables seamlessly.
  • Represent Green Irony in front of key client stakeholders, delivering presentations that build confidence and inspire trust.
  • Provide strategic oversight across multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with sales/VP Delivery on contract lifecycle management, especially those nearing expiration, and identify further client opportunities.
  • Handle the end-to-end delivery process, employing both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Closely manage software project scope, timeline, budget, and client dependencies, ensuring excellent execution and proactive risk management.
  • Foster a strong delivery-focused culture within the team, ensuring proactive collaboration and ownership of the project's success.
  • Establish and track key delivery metrics and outcomes.
  • Effectively manage client escalations with a focus on delivering strategic, win-win solutions that maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Drive delivery-centric discussions and strategies, prioritizing customer success and the potential for repeat business.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project status, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Review Statements of Work and create change requests to update and extend project scope.
  • Champion value delivery to clients through Green Irony’s Salesforce Delivery tools and financials, focusing on accountability and accurate invoicing.
  • Foster a delivery culture working effectively with clients from diverse sectors, ensuring success in complex IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and proven delivery leadership leading to repeat business.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing delivery teams daily as part of the SDLC lifecycle, with a strong command of both agile and more traditional project management practices.
  • Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated delivery success across various technology platforms and client industries.
  • Experience in managing cross-platform delivery, especially with Salesforce and MuleSoft, is preferred, but a demonstrated ability to adapt and quickly learn new technologies is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with various organizational stakeholders and inspiring confidence and trust.
  • Ability to directly manage cross-functional delivery teams across clients, vendors, and Green Irony.
  • Industry experience in strategic sectors such as transportation & logistics, travel & hospitality, or related fields is highly valued.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms as part of delivery management responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% if required.

Desired Certifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
  • Salesforce Admin (Not a requirement but beneficial)
  • Any relevant industry credentials that demonstrate expertise in delivery management and methodologies
