We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator who’s equal parts organized, creative, and curious. Someone who can manage campaigns, create eye-catching visuals, and keep our marketing engine running smoothly. The Opportunity
As a Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll support the full spectrum of marketing activities, from campaign coordination and content execution to visual asset creation and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and CMO to bring Greenlight’s brand to life across channels, including web, email, social media, and events. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every marketing touchpoint feels cohesive, on-brand, and impactful.
Accountabilities
- Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, and webinars
- Design on-brand visual assets for digital and print (e.g., social graphics, presentation slides, 1-pagers, event signage, ads)
- Update and maintain website content in WordPress (e.g., blogs, case studies, event pages, service pages)
- Support content creation by drafting short-form copy for posts, emails, and promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, and sponsored events
- Manage and track marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and asset approvals
- Analyze campaign performance and compile metrics for internal reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and attention to detail to every project
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Hands-on design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Familiarity with WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to adapt tone for social, email, and web
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Understanding of brand consistency and modern B2B design principles
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
