About the Role

We’re seeking a Web & Digital Experience Marketing Manager to turn our website into a high-performing growth engine, driving qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions through strategic management of SEO, UX, and experimentation.

This role is for a builder who loves connecting the dots between data, design, and demand. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, product marketers, and RevOps to optimize our website for visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will turn insight into action and make every digital touchpoint a measurable driver of pipeline.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across both traditional search and emerging LLM-powered discovery, ensuring Greenlight Guru remains visible and competitive as the search landscape evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership & Optimization

  • Oversee day-to-day website management in HubSpot.
  • Lead the strategy, management, and performance of our website - ensuring it operates as a high-converting growth engine.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMM to continuously improve site architecture, UX, and content for stronger engagement and conversion.
  • Lead the digital experience roadmap and prioritize projects and experiments based on funnel impact and measurable business outcomes.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Own the global SEO strategy - driving qualified traffic through technical optimizations, on-page improvements, and authority-building initiatives
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to strengthen visibility across traditional search and emerging LLMs and AI overviews.
  • Partner with PMM and content to align SEO and LLM insights with campaign planning and strategy
  • Monitor performance to sustain and scale organic growth over time
  • Stay ahead of the shifting search landscape - ensuring our content and structure remain optimized for future search trends

CRO & Experimentation

  • Build and manage a continuous testing framework to improve conversion rates for high-intent demo hand raisers
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to test, launch, and iterate on web experiences 
  • Champion a test and learn culture - using data-driven insights to continuously improve the digital experience

Digital Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track website performance, traffic quality, and conversion trends in GA4 and Hubspot
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign planning, content strategy, and prioritization across marketing stakeholders
  • Partner with RevOps to connect web data with CRM and pipeline performance
  • Use performance insights to identify opportunities, validate experiments and guide optimization efforts 

About You

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO strategy and execution.
  • Working knowledge of LLM-driven search trends and how to adapt SEO and content strategies for increased visibility.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and experimentation, including A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Hubspot, and supporting analytics tools (Looker Studio, Hotjar, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills - able to prioritize initiatives based on funnel impact.
  • Data-driven, curious, and adaptable - comfortable leading agency partners and staying ahead of evolving search and digital best practices.

  • Website performance consistently improves across traffic quality, engagement, and conversion rates - turning the site into a measurable growth engine. 
  • Organic visibility and traffic rebound, with sustained growth across high-intent keywords and improved presence in LLMs.
  • A structured experimentation framework in place - testing new UX, content, and conversion hypotheses with measurable learnings each quarter.
  • Key web metrics are tracked and communicated clearly, enabling data-informed decisions across teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration becomes seamless - design, dev, PMM teams work from a shared digital experience roadmap 
  • The website is recognized internally as a primary demand generation asset

This is a remote role that will ideally be located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston OR Atlanta areas. The base salary range for this role is $110,000- $135,000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
