This position is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics, working across multiple teams, solving problems, and ensuring products reach customers accurately and on time. You'll be at the center of our outbound shipping operation, helping keep our plant running efficiently while contributing to the success of a global organization.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Outbound Shipments

  • Manage daily outbound shipping schedules and carrier pickups
  • Coordinate truck appointments and delivery schedules
  • Ensure finished goods are shipped accurately, on time, and with all required documentation
  • Communicate potential shipping delays and help resolve issues before they impact customers

 Manage Shipping Documentation & ERP Transactions

  • Process shipments and shipping records through the TipTop ERP system
  • Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, shipping labels, and other shipping documents
  • Verify quantities, destinations, part numbers, and customer information before products leave the facility
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation

 Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner with Warehouse, Production, Packaging, and Kitting teams to ensure shipment readiness
  • Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding pickup times, delivery requirements, and schedule changes
  • Track shipments and provide status updates when needed

 Resolve Issues & Improve Performance

  • Investigate shipping discrepancies and documentation errors
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Help identify opportunities to improve shipping accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance

 What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or materials coordination preferred
  • Experience with Bills of Lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and freight coordination
  • ERP or warehouse management system experience preferred (TipTop, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
