Chief Executive Officer

 

Greybull Stewardship is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for VSSTA, a newly acquired portfolio company. VSSTA provides a software-driven solution to help repair facilities keep pace with the growing complexity of modern vehicle systems. VSSTA’s SaaS technology platform enables customers such as independent body shops perform detailed vehicle scans, identify required procedures, and complete calibrations in line with manufacturer standards—services that are increasingly critical for compliance, safety, and billing. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated success in leading a SaaS-based business in an emerging market to achieve profitable topline revenue growth.

 

 

The CEO will:

  • provide inspired and ethical leadership and day-to-day oversight of all company-activities;
  • lead high-level decisions about objectives and strategies, with an emphasis on driving topline revenue growth via a comprehensive strategic growth plan for a SaaS based subscription business;
  • build consensus and commitment among various stakeholders, often with competing priorities;
  • take an active role in developing the skills and knowledge of the team members and creating an environment that promotes great performance and positive teamwork while recruiting and attracting talent;
  • develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the business’ finances and its trajectory;
  • scale and grow the business while achieving strategic growth outcomes,
  • further the vision and mission of a successful business.

 

Further, the new CEO will oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing; work with the company’s stakeholders, regarding the strategy for implementing the vision and mission; and assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

 

 

CEO Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree and 10 years of proven leadership experience while a master’s degree or MBA or terminal degree is preferred;
  • experience in a successful senior management position in a growing SaaS business;
  • knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting; and
  • a proven track record and ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the board.
