OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an Office Manager to join us onsite in San Francisco, overseeing daily operations of our new office space, and supporting our investment and people team members in the Bay Area. You must be a thoughtful and professional communicator, hyper-organized, proactive, and help our teams operate more effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual who prioritizes the team over themselves, is enthusiastic about venture capital, and is passionate about driving efficiency throughout our organization.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the San Francisco office internally, including ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace
  • Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with vendors
  • Providing support for work technology, including video conferencing and collaboration tools
  • Managing and maintaining the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the investment and people teams
  • Proactively scheduling and responding to shifting prioritization on individuals’ calendars
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
  • Managing and submitting expenses for individuals and office items
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the individuals
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents
  • Communicating and scheduling with other executive assistants and colleagues, ensuring timely responses to scheduling requests
  • Planning and coordinating internal social events, including weekly gatherings, to foster team collaboration and engagement
  • Managing projects owned by the individuals, ensuring timely completion and progress updates

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Office Management and Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets,
  • Slides)
  • Experience with modern technology stack for remote working, including video conferencing tools (e.g.,
  • Zoom, Google Meet), project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies and learning new software quickly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred

 

Base Salary Range: $100-110k (not including bonus)
