THE ROLE:

As an Senior Art Director, you’ll collaborate closely with Copywriters to develop, design, and execute innovative concepts and layouts for cross-channel advertising campaigns. Your work will bring clients' messages to life in a persuasive and unexpected way, ensuring high-impact creative solutions that resonate with audiences.

Reporting to a Senior Creative lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping memorable brand experiences. As a member of our London studio, which we’re growing in 2025, you will join a creative, globally-minded team surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate and partner with studio Copywriters to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to meet our Famously Effective standard
  • Receive and implement feedback from creative leads
  • Communicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, and Production team members to ensure all deliverable and deadlines are met
  • Work on a variety of projects across multiple channels
  • Support teams through all phases of the project form ideation through production
  • Assist creative leaders with client presentations/deliverables
  • Remain current on latest creative trends globally.
  • Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry.
  • Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions
  • Share your passion behind the type of work that moves you and using this to shape work that moves & inspires others.
  • Bring the outside world into our work, so our brands can join the conversation about relevant cultural trends that can enhance & be infused to our briefs & campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record of creating culturally-relevant work
  • Experience working across all channels
  • Strong creative portfolio that showcases relevant/category experience
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools, being able to take your know-how to create visually appealing and commercially effective designs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate & present creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility and openness to change, including new ideas and ways of working.
  • Patience and tenacity as you balance multiple requests and occasional shifts in priorities.
  • Strong eye for detail, ensuring that all creative output is pixel-perfect and adheres to brand standards.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire the team around you to get to the best creative work and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborative approach to work and the ability to partner with people across all disciplines within the studio, and external stakeholders too.
