THE ROLE:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution and management of projects for a global brand, ensuring efficient and timely delivery across all stages. You’ll take ownership of multiple project responsibilities, coordinating resources and aligning teams to achieve seamless project outcomes that meet brand objectives

It’s an exciting time to be joining Grey and Tank, as we’re growing the team based in the London studio. You’ll be coming on-board to work with a creative, globally-minded team surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects to ensure smooth and accurate execution within established timeframes and budget parameters, operating independently and taking charge on routine issues.  
  • Initiate projects, interacts with internal resources, suppliers, actively listens to client input.  
  • Create and update internal status reports, contact reports, and other communications as required for internal team. Take the lead on internal status meetings.
  • Provide clear and timely information to any internal resources involved in projects. 
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring programs are executed as approved within timelines and established budgets.  
  • Continually evaluate project activity and flags issues to Senior stakeholders, sharing clear solutions & work-arounds
  • Look for consistency of messaging as well as creative among the brand projects.
  • Adopt a topline understanding of the brand guidelines.
  • Manage status of projects and continually keep onsite and offsite team well informed of any potential concerns impacting client relationships or deliverables. 
  • Rally required internal/external resources to address specific issues and opportunities, assigns tasks, and ensures matters are brought to satisfactory resolution. 
  • Seek feedback, listen, and acts on it. Assist in creating and building an agency culture that reinforces high levels of client service, operational excellence, commitment, respect and team spirit.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure that work produced is consistently of the highest quality. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in an creative agency, preferably with some time spent in healthcare comms.
  • Proven project management skills and financial acumen, including risk management, status reporting and change management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Client management experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate honestly and openly, working well in a team dynamic and staying open to feedback
  • Competent in juggling deadlines and priortising tasks
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, nimble and high-growth environment
  • Self-motivation, with a natural curiosity and passion to learn more about the business & our clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite 365 (Wrike experience would be beneficial)
