Designer (Midweight)

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join Grey London on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, creating Famously Effective work that makes an impact.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A design-driven creative with a sharp eye for trends, a bold voice, and the ability to turn big ideas into stunning visuals. Whether it’s typography, graphic design, or motion, you bring fresh energy and forward-thinking execution.

This is a mid-level role, so industry experience is essential. If you have a background in design and are ready to create work that stands out, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Create stand-out designs that bring ideas to life.
• Spot trends early and help shape the future of design.
• Master Adobe Creative Suite and experiment with AI, AR, & emerging tech.
• Collaborate with creatives to produce bold, culture-shifting work.
• Get hands-on to craft exceptional design, with high attention to detail.
• Help shape the creative direction and offer your perspective & insights to push ideas further.
• Own your own projects and set the bar high in how you manage your time and communications.
