POSITION OVERVIEW
The overall responsibilities of the Associate Project Coordinator (APC) will be managing and delivering MLR submissions across multiple pharmaceutical brands. This will include all areas of the submission process as outlined below. They will also be required to traffic projects through the routing system, manage internal creative changes and process, assist on daily needs of PM additional information outlined below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Associate Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Traffic of projects through agency routing system ProofHQ and/or Email
• Managing of internal creative changes
• Update daily hot sheets when needed
• Update Weekly/Monthly Internal and External Status Reports when needed
• Entering Estimates into the Finance System - Submission Responsibilities
- Responsible for the submission of projects into the Client submission system as well as the “tagging and linking” process
- Submits to the Librarian the Bibliography and References to be uploaded into the Client Submission System Library
- Works closely with the Copywriter and Editor to ensure the accuracy of the bibliography and references prior to providing to the client or uploading directly into the system
- Confirms client approval of the accuracy of the claim and its attendant citation
- Financial Responsibilities
Submits timesheet accurately and in a timely manner
• Adheres to the estimated time allocated for submissions task
• Confirms benchmarks attained from documenting and data captured to define the process requirements
• Working with Project Management team to assist in ensuring estimates are entered into the financial system (JDE) - Documentation
Works with Account and PM to accurately document workflow
• Accountable for client requested documentation as it pertains to submissions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Entry-Level position - AA or BA Degree desired.
- Comfortable learning and mastering multiple client submission platforms, or familiarity with similar technologies and digital platforms
- Willing to adhere to tight timelines and be accountable for on time final submissions
- Strong communication skills and very detailed oriented
- Collaborative, team player
- Interested in pursuing efficient methodologies and make recommendations to workflow
- Excellent command of the English language

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $55,000 to $60,000.
