Position Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all social + connected platform branding strategies and initiatives for our client(s). You will play a critical role in client(s) communications, driving brand awareness, engagement, and brand affinity through various social + connected platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inspiring content, an understanding of social media trends/algorithms, and experience managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and production of dynamic and visually stunning social media content, including copy, graphics, and video
- Develop and implement innovative and exciting social media and content strategies that captivate audiences and drive engagement for the client
- Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum reach and impact
- Collaborate with our creative, account, and strategy teams to develop truly integrated campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver results
- Inspire and motivate a team of social media and content creators to produce their best work, providing guidance, feedback, and support every step of the way
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results for clients
- Work closely with clients to manage their social media presence and build strong, lasting relationships that drive continued success
- Foster partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and other key players in the social media and content space to expand our reach and drive even greater impact
- Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of social media and its impact on the business
What You Will Need:
- 15+ years of experience in social media and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your creative flair and innovative approach
- Experience managing and inspiring a team of 15+ people to produce their best work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that captivate audiences and inspire action
- Deep knowledge of new and emerging social media platforms and their best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, etc.
- Experience with new and emerging production platforms to yield platform native content including but limited to CapCut, DaVinci, Adobe, Canva
- Strong understanding of Ais current and future potential for development of social ideas and executions
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights that drive results
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive narratives that align with the client goals
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of the curve in social media and content trends and emerging platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box to deliver exceptional results

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $275,000 to $325,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
