Position Overview

As a Senior Resource Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to agency leadership, driving smart and purposeful casting decisions that power our Famously Effective work. With a primary focus on the New York Creative department, you'll bring both tactical agility and long-term strategic thinking to resource planning — ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right work at the right time. Beyond your core remit, you'll partner closely with our VP of Resource Management to support broader resource management initiatives across North America, contributing to a connected and high-performing RM practice. Reporting directly to the VP of Resource Management, you'll be a key architect in optimizing and evolving how we resource across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary resource management lead for the New York Creative department, owning end-to-end staffing strategy and execution
  • Partner with the VP of Resource Management on North America-wide RM initiatives, contributing to cross-office planning, process development, and strategic resourcing decisions
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance resourcing efficiency and foster a connected, inclusive agency culture
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Account, Project Management, HR, Talent Acquisition, and department heads to align staffing with business priorities
  • Ensure data integrity and quality assurance within the capacity planning tool, maintaining accuracy across all inputs and outputs
  • Own and maintain team org charts, headcount tracking, and allocation reporting
  • Proactively identify skill set gaps and cross-training opportunities; provide strategic guidance on optimal team structures with staff plans and growth paths in mind
  • Lead regular resourcing meetings with confidence, driving alignment, managing competing priorities, and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Manage coverage planning for PTO, internal projects, and global needs, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption
  • Own weekly capacity reviews with teams, delivering clear and actionable discussion recaps
  • Partner with internal recruitment on freelance sourcing strategies, projections, and contingency planning

 Who You Are:

  • A strategic, solutions-oriented professional with a systems-thinking mindset and sharp analytical instincts
  • A confident and credible partner to senior leadership, comfortable influencing decisions and driving alignment across functions
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, manage, and interpret complex resourcing data
  • Equally at home in the weeds of day-to-day resourcing and in the room for longer-horizon strategic planning conversations
  • Proactive and composed under pressure, with a strong ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • A skilled facilitator — able to lead meetings, navigate difficult conversations, and bring diverse stakeholders to consensus
  • A compelling storyteller with data, able to translate complex resourcing insights into clear narratives for leadership
  • Impeccably detail-oriented, with a high standard for accuracy and follow-through

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in resource management or production/project management within an agency environment
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and the functional skills and responsibilities across Creative, Studio, Strategy, and Project Management disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day resourcing demands with precision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate organizational complexity
  • Strong proficiency in talent and resource management reporting, metrics, and tools
  • Experience supporting or contributing to multi-office or regional resourcing initiatives is a plus

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
