The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist drives key marketing initiatives to enhance Griffis Residential’s online presence, reputation, and engagement. This role oversees reputation management strategies, social media campaigns, and website updates while supporting onsite teams with training, sales tools, and problem-solving. Collaborating across teams, the Senior Specialist ensures alignment in marketing efforts, analyzes performance metrics, and integrates emerging trends. Acting as a subject matter expert on sales engagement platforms and vendor relationships, this role ensures quality, consistency, and strategic impact in all marketing activities..

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of the company’s reputation management strategy, including researching and using tools for efficient monitoring and response to online reviews.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s reputation across key review platforms, providing strategic recommendations to enhance sentiment and improve ratings.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the company’s online social media strategy, including creating and managing content calendars, producing high-quality content, and collaborating with designated content creators.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify emerging social media trends and tools to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for complex marketing inquiries, delivering advanced problem-solving support to onsite teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of training programs and resources for onsite teams to enhance their understanding of marketing tools and strategies.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of website content updates, including photos, promotions, and key messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, holding partners accountable for meeting deliverables, deadlines, and quality expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the company’s sales engagement platforms, providing advanced technical assistance and integration support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across channels.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field is required.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms is essential.

  • Strong creative, strategic, and analytical abilities, combined with effective project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
