About the Position
Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking Industrial Maintenance Laborers who are eager to learn and excel in a variety of trades and specialty skills within the industrial maintenance sector. This role involves working on diverse tasks, including power washing, scaffolding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform a variety of trades and specialty skills including:
- Power Washing
- Vacuuming
- Shoveling
- Blasting
- Grinding
- Construction and Demolition
- Industrial Painting (a plus)
- Welding (a plus)
- Mechanical Skills (a plus)
- Safely operate and work on scaffolding and other equipment.
- Interact professionally with co-workers and follow detailed work instructions.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
- Be available for travel to job sites across the country with travel expenses covered by the company.
- Maintain flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry weights of 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
- Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain and confined spaces.
- Capability to climb ladders and work in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to wear personal protective gear for extended periods.
What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, siding, or demolition is advantageous.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify employment verification.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
