About the Position

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Front-End Loader Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and transport materials efficiently.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate material handling activities and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of material movement and equipment usage.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operations and best practices.

What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
Proven experience operating front-end loaders and other plant equipment.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.
Capacity to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
