We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our team at BAM-2. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or a related industry and will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the project team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and efficient.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and drawings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files (both physical and electronic).
- Distribute documents to relevant parties and ensure proper document archiving and retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage meeting room logistics.
- Enter project data into various software systems.
- Generate project reports, such as progress reports, cost reports, and schedule updates.
- Maintain accurate project databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Accounting software experience is a plus.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience in construction or a construction-adjacent industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
DURATION: 6-month duration with renewal options
The base pay range for this position is $35 - $45/hr. All positions come with a bonus plan and company stock options. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
Base Pay Range
$35 - $45 USD
