Supply Chain Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Supply Chain Manager, BAM-3 is responsible for leading all supply chain functions at the BAM-3 facility. These functions include order fulfillment, inventory planning (finished goods and raw materials), inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and the MRO storeroom. Reporting to the CEO of BAM-3, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this role serves as a key member of the BAM-3 Leadership Team and works cross-functionally to ensure the facility is aligned with and executing the company’s overall supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the site supply chain team.
• Support the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing site inputs and ensuring the production schedule, developed by the Production Planner, is aligned with and executable against the approved plan.
• Lead and manage the facility’s order fulfillment, and MRO (storeroom) functions and staff.
• Partner with the Global Logistics Manager to lead site-level relationships with, negotiations with, and management of local logistics and warehouse providers across the defined supply network.

Ownership & Performance Accountability

• Own site-level supply chain performance, including cost, service, and inventory outcomes.
• Deliver on key performance targets, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, working capital, and supply chain cost.
• Ensure inventory levels are aligned with production and demand requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency.

Leadership & Execution

• Establish, implement, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular updates and summaries to the Executive Leadership Team on ongoing projects, and elevate critical issues in a timely manner to support resource allocation and decision-making.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as project manager for key supply chain initiatives, as needed.

주요 업무 (WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING) 

BAM-3 SCM 팀장은 BAM-3 시설의 모든 공급망 기능을 총괄하는 책임을 집니다.

담당 기능: 주문 이행(Order fulfillment), 재고 계획(완제품 및 원자재), 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 물류, 창고 관리, MRO 부품실 관리. (구매 / 조달 업무는 구매팀에서 별도 관리)

보고 라인: BAM-3의 CEO에게 직속 보고하며, 본사 공급망 담당 부사장(VP of Supply Chain)과 보고 관계를 유지합니다. 본 직무는 BAM-3 핵심 구성원으로서, 시설이 회사의 전반적인 공급망 전략과 일치하고 이를 실행할 수 있도록 부서 간 협업을 주도합니다.

1. 핵심 책임 (Key Responsibilities)

• SCM 팀을 리드, 관리 및 육성합니다.

• 글로벌 판매 및 운영 계획(S&OP) 프로세스를 지원합니다. 사이트 측 투입 정보를 제공하고, 생산 플래너(Production Planner)가 수립한 생산 일정이 승인된 계획에 부합하고 실행 가능한지 확인합니다.

• 시설의 주문 이행 및 MRO(부품실) 기능과 직원들을 리드하고 관리합니다.

• 글로벌 물류 매니저(Global Logistics Manager)와 협력하여, 정의된 공급 네트워크 전반에 걸쳐 현지 물류 및 창고 세부 업체들과의 사이트 수준 관계 구축, 협상 및 관리를 주도합니다.

2. 오너십 및 성과 책임 (Ownership & Performance Accountability) 

• 비용, 서비스, 재고 결과를 포함한 사이트 수준의 공급망 성과를 전적으로 책임집니다.

• 정시 납품(On-time delivery), 재고 회전율(Inventory turns), 운전 자본(Working capital), 공급망 비용을 포함한 주요 성과 목표를 달성합니다.

• 과잉 및 진부화 재고를 최소화하는 동시에, 재고 수준이 생산 및 수요 요구사항과 일치하도록 관리합니다.

• 서비스 수준을 향상시키고 비용을 절감하며 운영 효율성을 높이기 위한 지속적인 개선(Continuous Improvement)을  추진합니다.

3. 리더십 및 실행 (Leadership & Execution)

• 책임 경영과 지속적인 개선을 유도하는 주요 성과 지표(KPI)를 수립, 구현, 모니터링 및 보고합니다.

• 최고 경영진(Executive Leadership Team)에게 진행 중인 프로젝트에 대한 정기적인 업데이트 및 요약 보고를 제공하고, 자원 배분 및 의사 결정을 지원하기 위해 중요한 문제를 적시에 보고합니다.

• 근본 원인 분석(Root cause analysis)을 주도하고 시정 조치를 이행하여 공급망 성과와 고객 만족도를 향상시킵니다.

• 필요에 따라 주요 공급망 이니셔티브의 프로젝트 매니저 역할을 수행합니다.

• 기타 지정된 업무를 수행합니다.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall Supply Chain Experience.
• 10+ years in a high volume manufacturing facility
• Sourcing and purchasing experience of high-volume MRO materials and specialty equipment.
• Rail, bulk truck and third-party transload negotiation and management experience.

자격 요건 

• 운영 관리(Operations Management), 공급망 관리(Supply Chain Management), 엔지니어링 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 경력 보유자.

• 공급망(Supply Chain) 분야 총 경력 10년 이상.

• 대량 생산 제조 시설(High volume manufacturing facility)에서의 경력 10년 이상.

• 대량의 MRO 자재 및 특수 장비에 대한 소싱 및 구매 경험.

• 철도, 벌크 트럭 및 제3자 환적(Transload) 협상 및 관리 경험.

• 영어 소통 가능자 필수 (미국 담당자와 정기 미팅 및 수시 회의 진행) / 1차 한국 면접 + 2차 영어 면접 진행 예정 (영어 이력서 미제출시 별도 요청할 예정)
