Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

THE ROLE

Grove is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our customers nationwide. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing outbound operations and ensuring the safety, performance, and engagement of our weekday shift. This shift runs from Monday through Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm, but flexibility is expected to support the needs of the business.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations and play a critical role in keeping our facility efficient, compliant, and aligned to Grove’s high standards of service.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Lead daily operations for outbound fulfillment during assigned shift
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment aligned with performance targets and KPIs
  • Supervise and motivate a team of 100+ associates, driving productivity and quality while maintaining high morale
  • Support employee development, training, and coaching—including recognition, performance feedback, and corrective actions
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, safety, and warehouse systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Safety, Facilities, and other department leaders to support shift execution
  • Track and report production metrics, offering data-driven recommendations to improve processes
  • Manage labor tracking, including reviewing timecards and attendance reports for accuracy
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle on your team, including interviewing, onboarding and offboarding associates
  • Ensure compliance with Grove’s safety protocols and operational policies
  • Provide structured shift pass-downs and maintain documentation of hand-offs and incident reporting

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics, with proven success managing large teams (100+)
  • A team-first, hands-on leadership style with high integrity and accountability
  • Proven success managing competing priorities and navigating change
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong command of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS such as Manhattan, HighJump) and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred

COMPENSATION

$60,000-70,000. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an annual incentive target (bonus) and equity.
