
Full-Time Week Day Shift: Inbound Team Lead
We are looking for an Inbound Team Lead to join our team!
As an Inbound Lead at Grove, you will assist in the training and evaluating of day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance, team work and member experience of our Inbound Operations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am- 2:30pm
Starting Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Train new associates on the Grove inbound operations process and quality standards.
- Coach and evaluate associates on the processes.
- Provide on-the-spot feedback to the team in regards to proper procedure and quality control.
- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration and open communication.
- Understand and adhere to all safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner.
- Prioritize appropriately meeting deadlines.
- Exhibit professional behavior while coping well with ambiguity and change.
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively.
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently.
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner.
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor.
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift.
- Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse daily.
- Perform other duties with flexibility as assigned.

- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- H.S. Diploma and some College experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or substandard warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to independently lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a frequent to continual basis in a warehouse environment
- Reach above shoulder level frequently
- Ability to work in an environment where the temperatures vary with season
- Ability to work in a loud work environment (Loud production/manufacturing/ forklift machinery)
- Reliable means of transportation to meet the needs of the position.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
