We are seeking an experienced Regional Salesperson to drive business development and capital raising across either the West Coast or Southeast territory. This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Family Offices, and Independent Broker-Dealers, expanding Grove Lane Partners' presence within the private wealth market, and helping advisors incorporate alternative investments into client portfolios.
Candidates should be based in Los Angeles, Florida, North Carolina, or Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital raising efforts across the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Family Office, and Independent Broker-Dealer (IBD) channels, managing opportunities from initial outreach through subscription and funding.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize a healthy pipeline of prospective investors using CRM tools, providing regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline progression, and fundraising results.
- Drive adoption of GCM Grosvenor's evergreen and closed-end investment strategies by partnering with wealth platforms through due diligence, platform onboarding, and advisor engagement initiatives.

Serve as the primary business development representative for the West Coast or Southeast region, executing territory plans designed to expand market presence and achieve fundraising objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with RIAs, Family Offices, and key strategic partners while identifying opportunities to increase allocations to alternative investments.
- Work closely with investment professionals, product management, client service, and marketing teams to deliver coordinated messaging and customized solutions for prospective and existing clients.
- Gather and communicate market trends, competitive insights, and investor feedback to leadership to support product positioning and future strategic initiatives.

Represent Grove Lane Partners at conferences, educational events, and industry forums to strengthen the firm's presence within the private wealth marketplace.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CPA are considered a plus but are not required.

8+ years of experience within financial services, including at least 4-6 years focused on alternative investments, private wealth distribution, investor relations, or capital raising.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities through CRM platforms while using pipeline analytics to inform territory planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated investment strategies to financial advisors, family offices, and other investor audiences.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the distribution of private market investments within the wealth management channel.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset who is comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial organization.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including the ability to discuss investment strategies, performance metrics, portfolio construction, and quantitative analyses with sophisticated investors.
- Established relationships within the RIA, Family Office, and/or Independent Broker-Dealer communities are highly desirable.
- Track record of delivering exceptional client service while cultivating and expanding long-term investor relationships.
- Experience coordinating complex fundraising initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders and managing opportunities from origination through close.
- Ability to engage advisors and investment professionals in discussions regarding alternative investment solutions, portfolio construction, market trends, and investment strategy positioning.
Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's experience, skills, and qualifications for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on factors such as individual, team, and company performance as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 USD.
