Our Mission & Vision

To date, Grover has circulated over 1.2 million devices, employs over 400 people, and stands as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe. We hit Unicorn status in 2022, and are scaling internationally! 

We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste. 

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated full-time Junior Pricing Analyst for our Finance team at our Berlin HQ, 3 days a week.

🎯 What you will contribute:

• Perform analyses aimed at improving performance of the Grover portfolio, leveraging pricing
• Helped to build the pricing infrastructure at Grover, which includes improving and automating current models as well as creating innovative new approaches
• Manage the actual pricing of products on the website to maximize performance
• Develop data-driven pricing strategies and optimize current approaches to improve key Grover KPIs (Revenue, acquisition rate, profits) with impactful insights
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of pricing initiatives
• Contextualize insights for the cross-functional audience

🤝What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous internships or work experience in a data-focused role, preferably in e-commerce
• High proficiency in Excel, and intermediate SQL skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Affinity with technology and an interest in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in English (C1 level minimum)
